Call us before 2 p.m. and we will prepare and submit a certificate to the New Jersey State Treasurer's Office the same day. As soon as the State returns the document to us (usually the following day), we will call you to confirm the filing, then send you a copy of the certificate. Orders placed after 2 p.m. will be submitted the next business day.
CIS prepares and signs documents for attorneys only. For non-attorneys who wish to form corporations or LLCs, we can fax the necessary forms to be completed and signed, and we'll file the papers with the State.

SAME-DAY LLC FORMATION ®
- Name of company - you may give us 3 choices, and we will ask the State to file the first available one. The name must include the ending LLC, L.L.C., or Limited Liability Company.
- Name and address of the registered agent (New Jersey street address).
- Confirm that there is at least one member (names not required).
- Indicate if you would like a certified or stamped file copy.
- Corporate kit available upon request - with plain or printed minutes and membership certificates.
- Our fees are reasonable.
Since CIS will advance the State filing fees for you, invoices are due upon receipt (if not paying by credit card).
SAME-DAY INCORPORATION ® (Profit only)
- Name of corporation - To save you the cost of a name search, give us 3 choices. We will prepare all 3 certificates and ask the State to file the first available name. You must specify a corporate ending such as Inc., Corp., Co., or Ltd.
- Name and address of the registered agent (New Jersey street address). Registered agent service is available upon request.
- Purpose of the corporation - we will use the standard general purpose clause unless you prefer to dictate a brief specific clause.
- Number of authorized shares (and par or no par value if you wish to specify it).
- Directors - names and complete addresses (at least 1 required).
- Indicate whether you would like a certified or stamped filed copy.
- Corporate kit available upon request - with plain or printed minutes.
