Corporate kits and supplies are manufactured by All-State Legal. CIS will have the kit shipped directly to you, and the cost will be charged only on the CIS invoice. If a particular style is not requested, CIS will order the Director® kit. You may also order specific items only, such as a seal, stock certificates, or replacements parts.

Director® Series

Luxurious padded cover has the appearance and texture of fine black or tan glove leather. Unique D-ring construction permits each page to lie flat. Slipcase available in black or wood-grain. Standard kit certificates are Green with Black binders, Brown with Tan binders (Blue and Orange are also available) for profit and non-profit, Burgundy for LLC, and Bordeaux for LLP. Limited Partnership certificates are two colors: Bordeaux for Limited Partnership Interests and Green for General Partnership Interests. Also available with 20 blank certificates.

Marquis® Series

Most distinctive corporate kit. Red or black hand wrapped, hand buffed Moroccan-grain leatherette rod or ring binder with elegant contoured spine. Standard kit certificates are Green (Brown, Blue and Orange are also available) for profit and non-profit, Burgundy for LLC, and Bordeaux for LLP. Limited Partnership certificates are two colors: Bordeaux for Limited Partnership Interests and Green for General Partnership Interests. Also available with 20 blank certificates. Also available for Profit and Non-Profit Marquis kits only: 50 side-stub certificates for ease of recording.

President® Series

Binder and matching slipcase in black, forest green or maroon faux-grain leather. Windsor Spacesaver®

3-ring binder has a textured leather-like surface that is durable and attractive. Protective slipcase is wood-grained finished. Kit includes a built in binder pocket for the seal and a separate travel case. Standard kit certificates are Brown (Green, Blue and Orange are also available) for profit and non-profit, Burgundy for LLC, and Bordeaux for LLP. Self-contained Uni-Kit®

All-in-one concept combines the 3-ring binder and protective case into a single unit with built-in storage for the onyx and chrome pocket seal. Corporation name is printed on a label for the spine. Includes printed Big Board style certificates on premium cotton paper. Standard kit certificates are Green for Black binders, Brown for Tan binders (Blue and Orange are also available) for profit and non-profit, Burgundy for LLC, and Bordeaux for LLP.
